So my husband and i have made a decision to start eating healthier! We want to look and feel better! So I have decided to start my Wellness segment! When your trying to eat healthy, you got to get rid of all the sodas and teas.. All the caffeinated drinks, becuase it is not good for your body! So I saw this brilliant Idea on pintrest!! Instead of drinking water bottles all day long! Go purchase an actual water container and fill it with water! Use lines and add the times starting at 8am on the first bottle go from 8am ton noon. So you have to drink pretty much every hour to the line of the time! If that makes sense :) then the 2nd bottle or what i did was on one side label from 8 to noon then on the other side I went from 2 to before bed! Instead of getting to containers.. But if you have to water containers then feel free to do that. This helps me with making sure I drink wanted all day long. I have been doing pretty good with drinking water every hour.. But I am having to run to the bathroom frequently :) but it's all worth it:) I really reccomend you try this and see how easy it is to drink water all day:)))) hope this was helpful for yall ;)
